Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our commercial client base and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities with dealerships, fleet managers, and other potential B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for auto detailing services
- Build relationships with car dealerships, fleet managers, and corporate clients
- Create customized service packages for commercial accounts
- Negotiate service contracts and establish SLAs
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
- Monitor competitor activities and market positioning
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of securing and managing commercial accounts
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of auto detailing processes and services
- Established network in the local automotive market
- Background in developing service contracts
